The HGBL Team Indiana aau basketball club traces it's beginnings to the Hoosier Girls Basketball League, LLC (HGBL) http://www.HGBL-Indy.com . HGBL was formed in the winter of 1995 with 8 5th grade girls teams and has grown to a over 400 teams playing in spring, summer, fall and winter leagues. Also, the HGBL hosts numerous tournaments throughout the year. The clubs first aau team began play in 1999. HGBL Team Indiana, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Indiana on November 17, 2003. The club is a 501-c-3 status not-for-profit corporation. As such, we will actively solicit corporate sponsorship to help defray the cost of participation. The mission of the club is to provide a competitive basketball environment with focus on sportsmanship, team work and skill development. HGBL Team Indiana incorporates the principals of the Positive Coaching Alliance and The Fellowship of Christian Athletes in all aspects of our program. PCA, FCA and HGBL Team Indiana, Inc. encourages adults and athletes to "Honor the Game", "Redefine Winner" and "Fill Emotional Tanks". All of our coaches are CPR certified and trained in the proper usage of the AED.
2006 AAU The per player cost for the 2006 AAU season will be $400.00. Breakaway pants and gym bag cost are an extra $45.00. Core fees include: Indiana AAU Player /Coach
Membership Fees HGBL Team Indiana will provide a brochure with team spirit wear. We order as a club in order to receive the best price possible due to volume purchasing. Also, we order as a team, to ensure a common identity for the club. No individual team/player orders are allowed. Practice Fees: There is a growing tendency among school corporations to charge teams for court time. If your team elects to use one of those schools, the team is responsible for those fees. HGBL Team Indiana Inc will provide a copy of our liability policy for those schools upon request. If your team elects to practice at The Fieldhouse (11825 Technology Drive Fishers IN 46038) or at Belzer Middle School the team will be given the club discount rate for court time. Club Results
